Join the Fumi partner programme
Introduce your property and start a conversation with the Fumi Partner team.
There is no instant online enrolment. We review each request and confirm participation in writing. An enquiry, acknowledgement or brochure request is not membership approval.
Three steps to get started
- Email an introduction. Include your property or business name, town or prefecture, public website if available, and your name and role. You can also tell us whether you would like brochures and an approximate quantity.
- Review the details. Read the partner terms. Before completing your application, request the Partner Privacy Notice and confirm the free benefits, any brochure allocation and the authorised business contact with the team.
- Receive written acceptance. The team confirms the application and permissions. Membership acceptance, brochure dispatch and approval of any promotion are separate steps.

Keep your first email simple
Please do not send guest information, sensitive personal information, identity documents or payment details. A delivery address is not needed for your first enquiry. The team will discuss delivery details if a brochure supply is agreed.
Free participation is non-exclusive. Agreed complimentary brochures and property promotion are governed by the terms and the individual agreement; views, bookings and sales are not guaranteed. Requested brochure quantities are not confirmed stock allocations.

日本語の参加規約をご確認ください。 お申込みを完了する前に、パートナー向けプライバシー通知、無料提供の内容、パンフレットの数量などを担当チームにご確認ください。参加はFumiが書面で承認した時点で開始します。メールの送信や受付通知だけでは、参加、発送または掲載が承認されたことにはなりません。
最初のお問い合わせに、送付先住所、宿泊者情報、機微な個人情報、身分証明書または決済情報を含める必要はありません。

For a correction, termination or withdrawal of content permission, email partners@fumijapan.com with the property name and the relevant reference or page. See clauses 8 and 9 of the terms. Do not include unnecessary personal information.
