Visiting the guides

The free guides can be read without a visitor account. Vercel hosts the website and provides Web Analytics. Analytics records page visits and technical information such as browser, device and referring website, using Vercel’s cookie-free analytics service. Hosting also involves processing requests needed to deliver pages and protect the service. See Vercel’s analytics privacy information and Vercel’s privacy notice.

Choices saved in your browser

Features such as saved city days and saved food choices use browser storage on your device. Clearing this website’s browser data removes those local choices. Shared day links can include your selected itinerary; anyone you give that link to can read what the link contains. Avoid adding private information to shared links.

Email enquiries

Email links open your own email application. If you send a message, Fumi receives the address, message and attachments you provide so the team can deal with your enquiry. Please send only the information needed for your question, and do not send card details, identity documents or guest information.

Supporting Fumi

Support payments open an existing Stripe-hosted checkout. Stripe processes the payment information entered there; it is not entered into a FumiTours.com payment form. Fumi can receive payment and contact information needed to recognise the payment and answer support enquiries. See Stripe’s privacy policy. Supporting the free website is separate from buying or activating the Fumi app.

Other websites

Maps, transport providers, hotels, X and other external links take you to services with their own privacy practices. This page does not describe those services or the Fumi app.

Partner enquiries and applications

The current partner introduction is by email. Before completing an application or supplying brochure delivery details, request the Partner Privacy Notice from partners@fumijapan.com. The proposed full partner notice is still under review; its proposed retention periods and provider arrangements have not been adopted as a final notice.

Questions about your information

Contact mail@fumijapan.com about visitor or support information, or partners@fumijapan.com about partner correspondence, including requests for access, correction or deletion. Specific retention periods and a complete account of enquiry-service providers and overseas handling still need to be confirmed by the operator. This page does not promise a retention period or location that has not been verified.
