The hotel does not need to operate the app or answer technical questions. Your team simply chooses whether and where to display the approved materials.

Frequently asked questions

Simple answers.

Is the pilot free?

Yes. The introductory hotel pilot is complimentary and non-exclusive, subject to acceptance and the final participation terms.

Does the hotel need to install Fumi?

No. Fumi is the traveller's phone app. The hotel displays approved materials and may choose whether to have a factual profile.

Does participation mean Fumi recommends the hotel?

No. Participation does not buy rankings, reviews, favourable answers or certification.

Will every hotel receive social promotion?

No. Verified stories may be considered editorially, without a guaranteed post, schedule, audience or reach.

Do hotels receive personal guest information?

No. Any reporting is aggregate and privacy-conscious, with small totals suppressed where appropriate.

How do we join?

The enquiry route will open after the contact, privacy, retention and response process has completed its release checks.

Pilot status

Hotel Partner preparation is underway.

No hotel is represented as an accepted partner until it has agreed. Hotel-specific QR routes, live profiles, printing and fulfilment activate only after their operational and approval gates are complete.
